It’s very nearly time to celebrate this year’s F1 2021 game release which is coming really soon! This is the first year where the Codemasters release will come under the EA Sports umbrella. There’s already something creeping in from the EA Sports way of doing things – ratings.
If you play FIFA, you’ll know that player ratings are a big reveal every year. This year, we get to enjoy driver ratings. To kick things off, we’ve got to see ratings for drivers from Williams, Alfa Romeo and Alpha Tauri. As a bonus, F1 organised the drivers to reveal their ratings by guessing their teammates’ scores. Drivers are rated on Experience, Race Craft, Pace and Awareness to generate an average rating.
